CHAPTER V
GENERAL PROVISIONS

Art. 26. The manufacture, sale, sale and import of toys, replicas and simulations of firearms, which may be confused with them, are prohibited. Single paragraph. Replicas and simulations intended for instruction, training, or the collection of authorized users are excluded from the prohibition, under the conditions set by the Army Command.
